ofc it fail, because you only have one sgh in bag and the item dropped by 2. so yor sgh wont work.

it happens to me once when upgrading from +14 to +15 even though i used enchanced core it dropped by two. so now i usually stock at least two sgh in bag when i upgrade from +14 to +15.
