How to report someone in mission war?

How do I report it since I can't see the name.

This is in reference to the mission war yesterday, July 22, 2013, 10PM, Level 140-169. Capella warrior always had BM3 on and never went away. He already had BM3 turned on before I turned on mine, after time for bm3 almost expires, I use battle aura to extend my BM3 time, all that time, the cap warrior was on bm3. My bm3 expired and still his did not.
